The paper contains our new solutions of steady-state elastohydrodynamic problems, such as: 1) an isothermal one, in which the influence of roughness has been considered; 2) an isothermal one for a Newtonian fluid having viscosity dependence on pressure different from Barus’ law; 3) an approximate nonisothermal one for a Newtonian fluid considering the friction forces arising as a result of both rolling and sliding; 4) an isothermal one for a Maxwell fluid with large and small Weissenberg numbers; 5) a nonisothermal one for a Maxwell fluid with large Weissenberg numbers.
